During the beta, Envoi switches on the online store one company at a time. Until it is switched on for your company, Shopify shows Coming soon under Settings, Integrations, and you can’t connect.

2

4
Summary
Enter your store’s address, for example kari-butikk.myshopify.com, and choose Start. Log in to Shopify and give Envoi access. You come back to Envoi when it’s done.
Choose VAT on fees now, so it is ready. Envoi books no payouts without this choice. If you haven’t chosen, do it under Online store on the Integrations page. Payouts are not booked in the accounts yet in any case, see below.
What Envoi does with it
- Under Online store on the Integrations page you see which store is connected, and when Envoi last fetched.
- When you have uploaded the bank statement in Accounting, Bank, Envoi looks for the line with the same amount as the payout, from the day before the payout to five business days after. Envoi only matches them by itself when the payout’s reference is on the line, or when the bank writes the same text as on a payout you have confirmed before. Otherwise Envoi asks you under Needs you, even when there is only one line with the right amount.
- When you confirm a match, Envoi remembers what your bank writes. You see this under What Envoi has learned.
