Open items shows everything that is not settled, sorted by customer and supplier.
Open items with customers who owe money and suppliers to be paidOpen items with customers who owe money and suppliers to be paid
The page has two parts:
  • Money customers owe you (accounts receivable)
  • Money you owe others (accounts payable)
For each customer or supplier you see the oldest item, its age and how much is outstanding. Open a row to see each entry, with date, due date, amount, what has been paid or credited, and what remains. Dunning fees and interest are shown separately. At the top of each part you see whether the figures agree with the general ledger: Reconciled, or a difference with the amount.

Good to know

  • The age is counted from the entry date, not from the due date.
  • A partly paid invoice stays at its full amount until it is paid in full. See Automatic bookkeeping.
  • If you took the opening balance from a SAF-T file, money customers had in credit or that you had prepaid in the old system is listed on separate lines.
  • The page only displays. You record payments on the invoice or under Bank.
