Reads received invoices
When a supplier invoice or receipt comes in, Saga reads the document and fills in the supplier, invoice number, dates, KID, account number, currency, amounts and lines. You review and confirm yourself. See Received invoices.Suggests line items
When you create an invoice for a customer you have invoiced before, Envoi shows suggestions in two tabs:- Previous: the lines from the previous invoice to the customer.
- Saga: lines Saga suggests based on the customer’s last 10 invoices. Saga only suggests lines that actually appear on earlier invoices, and can point out things like price changes or lines that recur.
Comments on cash flow
On the dashboard, Saga suggests shows two or three short points about the money expected to come in, and which invoices may be late. The comment is based on your invoices and how quickly your customers usually pay. It updates when invoices change, and is shown on computers and tablets. If you import customers from a PDF or an image, Saga reads the customers from the document. CSV and Excel are read without Saga. See Customers.What information Saga uses
